Deposits are recommended for clients when booking with you, as this will reduce no shows and same day cancellations. In our salon, we use booking software that allows the client to select the service(s), date and time online and also pay their deposit, which we also recommend to streamline your appointment booking. You can usually find free or affordable booking systems online. In Australia, we recommend Fresha, Timely, Square, Shedul, Vagaro or Mindbody. Search for the best system to suit your business.
